001_34GELİN GÜLÜ PROJECT- Construction work for irrigation in Yenimahalle-Yerköy
Long-term Construction Work for Irrigation in Yenimahalle of Yozgat Yerköy Group, which is one of the two projects that our firm has been running for 12 years, includes the irrigation and drainage of an area that is approximately 5807 ha. Each meter of canal that was built in this project, which gives life to the rural areas and farmers in the province of Yozgat, was immediately opened for irrigation and offered to the service of our producers.  
The following which are being done in accordance with the work program and which will be delivered on time are being built within this scope:  

  • 80580 m of main canals
  • 36030 m of spare canals
  • 35925 m tertiary canals
  • 4500 m box culverts, 3 galleries that are 409 m ,
  • 3 flushers, 5 chutes with incline that are 165m , 106 upright chutes
  • 5 chutes with pipes that are 230 m
  • 76 flood underpasses
  • 28 flood overpasses
  • 73 bridges
  • 67 culverts
  • 285 S.Y.O.P
  • 350 Structures for checking purposes
  • 324 Ç.A.P

Our production is in compliance with the work program and they are delivered on time. KONUR İNŞAAT, which is one of the prominent firms of our country and DSI in irrigation projects, shall complete this project in such a way that it will deserve the trust placed upon it today when the water resources and their use are highly significant.

001_34ÇEKMEKÖY FOREST VILLAS - Çekmeköy Istanbul
The Forest Villas are in Çekmeköy within a land plot of 29650 m² with their marvelous nature, proximity to the city center and its rocky bottom. For the Forest Villas, which consist of 26 residences of Type A and Type B,  the Project was designed to ensure your comfort.
Our villas are in compliance with the new regulation and they offer you a peaceful life by ensuring that you get away from the fear of earthquake thanks to the application of raft foundation and curtain concrete. The basic construction of the Forest Villas, which are in compliance with all the technical specifications, has been finished. Their construction was finished in the 6th month of 2006 and they were offered for your service.   
They were designed for you to live a peaceful, safe and healthy life with all kinds of technical infrastructure, security through 24 hour camera, ambient lighting, satellite broadcasting, swimming pool and social facilities.

The Forest Villas are 20 minutes from Kadıköy-Bostancı and 25 minutes form Levent and Taksim.    They are 10 minutes from the FSM Bridge and 20 minutes from the Bosphorus Bridge.

001_34ESENYURT DEPOT CONSTRUCTION
The plant, which will be built in the Esenyurt district, which is one of the industrial and production centers of Istanbul, shall be activated in order to meet the storing and stocking needs of the industrial and commercial organizations in the district. Our facilities, which will be established on 2 donums (1 donum = 940 m2, about ¼ acre) of land, will be offered to the service of customers through short-term and long-term lease. Our depot, in which all kinds of industrial, production and logistical services can be met, shall be completed in 2009.
   

001_34GELİN GÜLÜ PROJECT- Irrigation Construction with Terraces
Long-term Construction Work for Irrigation in Aşağı Sekili, which is our other project in the Yozgat Yerköy Group, includes the construction of irrigation and drainage plants for an area of 3455 Ha. Almost all of this project, which we run simultaneously with our Yenimahalle project, has been completed and it will be available for service at the end of 2008 except for its networks.
The works that were completed between 1996-2008 are approximately as follows:

001_34ÇEKMEKÖY BUSINESS CENTER
Çekmeköy Business Center building, which was completed in 2007, is the location where the activities of our company in Istanbul are run. Our 5 story building, which has a covered area of 750 m2 in total, is the center of activity our many different superstructure activities, primarily residences in Çekmeköy, which is a developing county of Istanbul.     

001_34ÇEKMEKÖY RESIDENCE
Çekmeköy Residence, which was planned as the construction of 10 deluxe apartments with a usable area of 330 m2, will be offered for sale in 2013. The building, which will be built in Küçükkoru, which is a preferred location in Çekmeköy, which is one of the rare districts of İstanbul where there is no risk of earthquakes, shall offer you, its valuable customers, a comfortable and peaceful life that is away from the noise of the city.    

001_34BEYKOZ KORU HOUSES RESTORATION CONSTRUCTION
The Villa, which was built on about 1 donum, is in the midst of the Historical Beykoz Grove and Beykoz Nursery.  All the restoration works of the building, whose basic construction has been finished, are being done by our firm.
